Northern Cyprus (Turkish: Kuzey Kıbrıs), officially the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC; Turkish: Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti), is a self-declared state that comprises the northeastern portion of the island of Cyprus. Recognised only by Turkey, Northern Cyprus is considered by the international community as part of the Republic of Cyprus.
Arrival in Cyprus meet with your guide at the airport and drive to Nicosia, The Capital City of North Cyprus. We will see historical monuments such as the Selimiye Mosque ( St Sophia Cathedral ), city walls, Kyrenia Gate, the Venetian Column and the Green Line Border. Local lunch in Nicosia, We will also visit Great Caravanserai which is built by Ottomans. Dinner and overnight at the Hotel. ( LL – LD )
After breakfast drive to Famagusta, Visit St Barnabas Monastery and Archaeological Museum, than Salamis Old City where the Barnabas was born. We will see the theatre, baths, market place, the gymnasium and the city ruins left behind from ancient times. After lunch break continue to visit Lala Mustafa Pasa Mosque (St Nicholas Cathedral ). After breakfast visit the famous 13th century Bellapais Abbey. After lunch in Bellapais continue to visit Kyrenia Castle and the Shipwreck Museum houses the oldest ever found the ship. Kyrenia Horbour walking tour.. Drive to the airport. ( BB – LL )
